Ingredients:

1 bar cream cheese (8 oz) at room temperature

1 can condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

1 cup fresh milk

4 whole eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

Cover the bottom of a mold with Pinzon caramel syrup. Refrigerate.

Soften the cream cheese with an electric mixer. Add the condensed milk in the three parts to ensure it blends well. Add the evaporated milk and vanilla. Beat the eggs by hand and add to this mixture. Pour mixture into mold and in bain marie at 350 degree for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the flan comes out dry. Once cool remove from the mold. Refrigerate and enjoy once cool.
